No, I don't cut & paste post the same posts on multiple platforms anymore. In the end, that is taking a painstakingly built up audience and/or following for granted. Each post would be customized for the target audience of the particular platform. I do cross refer to the origin of the post.
So, post first on Steemit. Test market on Steemit. Get feedback & then the best content from Steemit on Medium.
