Today I was comparing the returns of my two delegatees, Magicdice and Tipu. I used the following website:

I captured in the mask the two names "kenjidois" and "balte", a guy who delegates steem power to many different delegatees. This means that users who has written an outstanding post can pay steem or steem backed dollars to such a service to receive upvotes on their post in return.
