When People Search Most for "Steem" on Google?

I was curious about when people search for "Steem" most on Google around the world. So I decided to use Google Trends to find out. Google Trends is useful tool that shows how popular search words are over time.

Understanding Google Trends

Google Trends doesn't give you exact numbers of searches. Instead, it shows numbers from 0 to 100. Here's how it works:

• 100 means that was the most popular time for that word
• Other numbers show how popular compared to the highest point
• It's about popularity level, not actual count of people searching

So if "Steem" got most searches in January 2018, that month gets 100 points. If another month shows 50, it means search interest was half compared to January 2018.

January 2018 - The Big Month for Steem

Looking at the Google Trends chart, January 2018 was when "Steem" reached its highest search interest worldwide. This was the peak moment.

I ask ChatGPT what happen in January 2018 and that what give me all these answers:

• STEEM token price went very high, around $8.5
• Many news websites started writing about Steemit and Steem blockchain
• More cryptocurrency exchanges began listing STEEM token
• People became excited about platforms that actually pay users for creating content

Countries That Search for Steem Most

Based on worldwide data, these are top 5 countries where "Steem" was most searched:

1. Ethiopia
2. Venezuela
3. Sri Lanka
4. Pakistan
5. Nigeria

This doesn't mean most people from these countries searched for Steem. It means "Steem" was very popular search term there compared to other things people usually search for.
