It has been going on for months. Witness are not doing their work. And I do not know where to go to cry. I think one should have the power to invite or give referrals as in real world.
Some of the witnesses were selling accounts, but others do not approve of this. I suppose it is because every account is pre-funded. I don't know how to fix this besides publicizing it and hoping someone takes notice. I have resteemed to that end.
