If you navigate over to my profile you'll see a lot of the same kind of posts.
These were all done by a bot I programmed in Python 3.5 using Xpath and Selenium.
The bot follows these simple steps:
1)Opens up Chrome
2)Goes to steemit.com
3)Writes down the values of some coins that automatically obtains from coinmarketcap.com
4)Logs in
5)Posts it!

The bot was fairly simple to make taking only about 2 days, one for testing the commands from a python console and the second one to write the actual script!
