Visiting different construction sites and completed sites is part of my job and one of the activities I like the most.
What do I like about construction sites? First of all, I love taking clients on visits. I listen to their comments and questions and I accompany them in everything to give them full support. I like to imagine together: When I know what the client is looking for, I reinforce that, for example: In this case, the clients with whom I have visited the construction site have the idea of buying to live in and, in this case, renting, so I reinforced them with the services that the area has, with the company's track record to reinforce the builder's confidence.
In this case, my clients are foreigners. It is their first trip to Paraguay. They come from the north of Brazil, where, according to them, the political situation is complicating things. They are not the first ones I have seen with the same concerns. Thanks to that, I was able to understand their fears and give them a solution. Apart from showing them the development and all its benefits, we took a tour of Ciudad del Este, showing them everything as we went, informing them about the activities and actions in the city. They were very satisfied. Now it is my turn to contact them again to find out about their investment decision and move forward.
It's just a small part of everything I do every day and I'm passionate about.
