Thoughts have power, how we think is how our reality is.

Here we can express ourselves a lot about the law of attraction, lately there are many articles that talk about the power of thoughts or the power of the mind and that according to what we think most of the time is how we create our reality moment after moment.

I invite you to reflect with me on the following: "Thoughts are like seeds that we plant in our minds and then the fruits that we reap are the actions." How does this happen?

I want to explain to you how our thoughts determine our reality. Thoughts directly impact our decisions in all aspects, since thoughts shape our perception of reality. What we think directly influences how we interpret the things around us, how we interpret the world. For example, if we begin to develop a positive mindset, all difficulties become opportunities. But if we develop a negative mindset (which is the most common), these obstacles will be like walls that we will not be able to overcome.


We must also keep in mind that thoughts precede emotions. If we think about failures constantly, I'm sure we'll feel a lot of insecurity and anxiety. But if we think that we'll be successful, this directly generates confidence and motivation. In turn, all of this is directly connected to the decisions we make. We can decide guided by confidence or by insecurity, by optimistic thoughts or by pessimistic thoughts. For example: if we think that we are capable, we will always be looking for solutions, but if we think that we can't do it, we won't even try and we will make excuses that we are not capable or that it is simply not for us.

Learning to understand what our thoughts are like most of the time helps us identify those negative thoughts that generate doubts or self-sabotage, which can simply delay or even stop our development. This means that if we spend most of our time in negative thoughts, we are building and reinforcing the barriers that do not allow us to move forward.

I want to share with you a case that happened to me at one point: we had visited a property that I had under my management for sale and the client made me a proposal, although his proposal was a bit out of place, that is to say: he proposed a very low payment by handing over another property as part of the payment. I prepared all the documentation and made the formal proposal to the seller, which he told me that he was not interested in that property and did not want the form of payment that the buyer proposed. Finally, after many ways of proposing and a long time of negotiation, the buyer gave up on the purchase, but by then he had already made a reservation for a certain amount which was under our responsibility. After many meetings, many exchanges of words, calls and messages, I decided to meet with the buyer client to tell him that we would soon be refunding the money for not having made the purchase due to the seller's rejection. This morning I went with the attitude that we would reach a solution, which for me was the sale of a property, but the one we were negotiating was no longer possible. At one point, the client mentioned that he had been offered a property in the neighboring country and that gave me the opportunity to talk about the benefits of investing in that type of furniture but locally. After presenting him with several options, he asked me about one in particular and from there we immediately arranged a meeting at the location. He liked it and decided to buy it. After this came the whole drama of the negotiation, since the amount proposed was not convenient for the seller. In any case, between back and forth we managed to close the sale. From this I have learned that even no matter how many difficulties arise or how big the obstacles are, we can take everything as a learning opportunity to improve and challenge ourselves.

That's why I understood that the quality of our thoughts is the way we carry out everything around us, such as: our relationships, our family, our friends, business, and everything that may affect us. That's why I urge you to consciously choose from now on which thoughts you want to predominate in your mind. To do this, feed your mind with ideas that encourage you to take the next step. Surround yourself with people who feel the same way.

Always remember that whatever you think is what you are creating.
