If we present these two words in one sentence RESPONSIBILITY and FORGET, surely a great number of ideas about it come up.
For example, as a father I have great responsibility for my daughters, as a family man I also have a responsibility for the whole family. These responsibilities also extend to many other areas, imagine a student, a doctor or a firefighter among other professions.
In my profession as a real estate broker, I often do not keep in mind the great responsibility that I manage. On repeated occasions, people or clients do not take this into account, I hear phrases like: It is only a matter of offering the property and that's it, or: Do you charge so much for doing nothing? and thousands of other phrases that seem to imply no responsibility for the work I do.
But this is where I want to get into, reflecting on the responsibility of a real estate broker or advisor, I see that I am in the middle of people's achievement, of their lifelong dreams.
Right now I am in three negotiations: The first is a solution for an elderly lady who needs to move to improve her quality of life. In another case, it is the first home for a family and they have high expectations for that achievement. In the last case, they want to sell their property to fulfill the dream of living their old age by traveling.
Like these, there are many other stories in which we have great responsibilities, people's dreams are in our hands, we work with the most important assets of their entire lives.
I sometimes forget all this. Remembering it allows me to provide a better, much more excellent service, thus giving the best of myself and more. What do you think about this?
