Starting the first training session of the year feels pretty good.

Since last year, every morning when we woke up and got ready to go to the gym, the calls and messages began and then it was time for the pre-scheduled commitments.
This means that there is a lot of work and at the same time we must work on better time management since in life we must maintain a balance between the main things which are family, relationships, health, and work.
In my work activity there is a peculiarity in that in any place or environment that I move in there are always business opportunities, today, the first day of the year for me at the gym, I took the order of one of my gym colleagues, he entrusted me with the search for a property, and this is what it is about.
After finishing at the gym we start with the interviews, meetings with clients and some negotiations, at noon we take a break for lunch and then we continue with everything until the end of the afternoon. But it usually does not end like this, when we arrive at the supermarket to do the shopping 98% of the time we meet someone and talk about business, if not the supermarket staff has something to talk about.
Life is exciting and deserves to be lived taking advantage of every moment, perhaps we could say "live life intensely" but although for some it sounds a bit excessive, for me; living life intensely means not only taking advantage of every moment and every opportunity, it also means enjoying and being happy in all moments and situations.
