Today I was working on my database. I discovered it was very outdated, so I had to start reviewing WhatsApp and exporting all the chat contacts to follow up with my clients.
That's why I started looking for spreadsheets I used previously. Afterwards, I needed to transfer all the WhatsApp contacts with their respective names. Obviously, doing it one by one wasn't an option. So I set out to find a tool that would allow me to do it quickly and super easily. Then, I could download an Excel spreadsheet and copy it to my follow-up spreadsheet.
So, searching and searching, I discovered an app that does this task, and that's it. Super fast, and best of all, it's currently free.
It's simple: Type "Group Contact Extractor for WhatsApp" in the search engine and simply add the extension to Chrome (Brave in my case). Once WhatsApp Web is installed and running, tap the app icon and tap the extract button. Simply do this, it asks you to save the file, and that's it.
You see, we now have the exported data sheet. We can copy it and transfer it to another spreadsheet or database if we need it, and then start working on our tracking. What do you think?
