Today I decided to install the Paraguayan hammock in the hallway of the house since we have some very hot days and taking a nap in these hammocks is a delight.
To start, I gathered everything I needed, such as tools, screws, hooks, etc. The first thing I did was lay out where the hammock would be and the height at which I would place it. Then I marked the places to drill holes in the wall.
After marking and drilling, we place the dowels to place the hammock hook and the screws, in this case I used size 8 screws, each hook has 4 screws, in the two upper ones I placed a much stronger screw.
I do the same on the wall.
After securing both hooks to the wall, in my case one of the ends of the hammock, I adjusted it with a rope, after securing the ends I tested it.
