Today we had the privilege and hard work of having two outdoor activities.
Despite the super hot day (I think we reached about 40 °C), we started very early with the preparations for the "Open Day", an activity in which we have invited the entire work team to learn about a new development that we are marketing.
This is a housing development and we are in charge of selling the lot with the house already finished, financed for up to 20 years through the bank. The project starts next week, today was only a symbolic kick-off for those 11 families who have already bought their property and construction will begin next week.
As a sales team, we were present, we have invited some friends and clients to learn about this great opportunity, for us it has also been an opportunity to strengthen ties and to be able to close some sales on site, it has been an activity with a very good result since this did not allow many more people to learn about the development and be able to access it.
We started preparing very early. We arrived at the venue, set up the awning (to protect us from the heat), unloaded and arranged the chairs, prepared the music system, the drinks that would be offered to our friends and clients, leaving everything ready in the next hour to receive everyone. All this took a lot of work, but the worst thing was the scorching heat of the morning that unfortunately did not allow us to stay dry.
After finishing this activity at noon, we immediately changed our clothes and headed to the next event of the day. The next event was a golf tournament, the "AMCHAM FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT". This way we have made a brand presence and we met again with the most important businessmen of the region. It was a very pleasant moment and a new experience on the golf courses.
