Today is one of those days when we feel like eating something delicious and since our daughters are older, we have asked her to delight us with something delicious.
Oatmeal cookies, but this time made by my youngest daughter (with help from @egonz). The ingredients used to make these cookies are the following: oats, flour, raisins, flax seeds, chia and sunflower seeds, sugar, oil, egg and water, also a touch of vanilla essence.
First, mix all the dry ingredients and then add the liquids. Stir to combine everything. First, add the oats with the flour, sugar, egg, oil and water until it forms a dough. Then, add the seeds and everything else. Then, place the cookies in a greased mold or with non-stick paper. This can be done with a mold or by shaping them with your hands.
After having everything prepared, we put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°, don't forget to keep a close eye on it so that it doesn't overcook and the delicious cookies don't burn. After they are finished, crispy and very delicious, we can accompany them with a nice coffee or whatever you like. I hope you can make this recipe and enjoy it as much as I and my family do.
