Mini roast but very tasty!

This time we were craving a delicious roast and since there were only 4 of us, there was no need to make so much!

In the evening before sunset I started the fire in the "Drum Grill". I started the fire with wood and then I placed the charcoal to have the best embers.

I cooked the meat over a flame and that allows it to come out really juicy. One of the secrets I've learned is that you shouldn't stab the meat while it's cooking, you should handle it with tongs and this way it turns out much better. How do you do it?
