With people, everyone wants to improve, but in reality, very few are willing to face the truths that ultimately help you move forward, develop, and grow in life. Nothing good is super comfortable or easy, but we do agree that it's super necessary. Are you stuck? Read on.

Today I'm going to be super practical and short, so I'm telling you that today no one, NO ONE!, is going to save you, and take that as a very good thing. If you're waiting for someone to come and rescue you from all your problems, I'm telling you, you're wasting your time. You must understand that your life is 100% your responsibility. What's the key to all this? It's easy: you have to stop looking for someone to blame and start focusing on the 100% responsible solutions for your life.

If you are feeling stuck, I inform you that any change is the most uncomfortable thing that exists and this will never change, if you are planning to grow without leaving your comfort zone or your comfortable zone, you will simply stay where you are. Growth means breaking old habits and this causes suffering. And suffering is optional, but the consolation is that the reward of all effort and all change is much greater. I invite you to slowly accustom your mind to changes, do something simple today that makes you uncomfortable, such as: talking to someone new, I assure you that it is very motivating.

Because everyone sees your results, whether good or bad, and what you're doing in private, I assure you, you will reap in public again, whether good or bad. Many see the result, but few or almost no one knows the effort that this implies and the hours of work in silence, this teaches us that there are no shortcuts: if there is something that separates you from the rest, it is your discipline, and it is what no one can see: I invite you to take action at this point and choose a new positive habit to develop, such as exercising or taking 15 minutes every day to read the pages of the book. Do it for 30 days, and then tell me the result.

Growing, advancing, maturing, none of this happens by magic, it is achieved with daily choices and the starting point is when you dare to face these truths.
