There are times in life that are not the easiest to deal with, but we can incorporate a mix of faith, action, and calm, this will allow us to deal with the moment and come out stronger, How do we do it? I can help you overcome this challenge.

First things first: reality must be accepted without trying to deny it, you feel bad, DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF for it, it is normal. When you accept the situation and know that you have ways to get through it in the best way, you will have much more clarity to face the challenge.

The next step is crucial, now calmly, having accepted the challenge, you begin to work on it, you must break down the problem, ask questions like these: What next step can I take? What can I control?, etc. Instead of focusing on what is wrong, on what you cannot solve, change the focus to possible solutions, in this way what seems like something shocking by dividing it into simpler parts we make it more manageable and solvable.

It is important that when you find yourself in a moment of crisis YOU DO NOT FACE IT ALONE, seek support from trusted people such as trusted family members or mentors, this will help you lighten the weight of the load, it also helps you have a greater and different perspective, remember that you are NOT alone.

DO YOU HAVE FAITH IN SOMETHING OR SOMEONE? This is the time to put your faith into practice! I share my faith with you reminding you that God has absolute control even if everything seems disorderly, place your burdens on God. "Casting all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." this is what we read in 1 Peter 5:7. Remember to take care of your body and mind, the easiest and simplest thing is to neglect yourself. To start a care routine, you need to review your rest, diet, and physical activities. All of this will help you think clearly.

All of this will allow you and you MUST think about your future with hope. How can you do it? You can ask yourself the following questions: What can I learn from all of this? How can I improve? Often, the worst moments are the ones that shape us the best and leave us with the best lessons. Keep going!
