Today was one of those days when I spent my time on the street, meeting people, visiting clients, and more. It's all part of my job, part of what I love to do.
My workday started in the morning, completing several tasks on my agenda. We woke up at 5:00 a.m. and started the day, and at 6:50 a.m. we took our daughters to school. At 7:00 a.m., we visited a building in downtown Ciudad del Este. The visit was to sign a work plan agreement for the rental and take some photos. I also took a look at part of the city from higher floors.
Finishing here, I immediately had a few minutes to pick up the owner of 32 hectares in a beautiful countryside 1 hour away from the center. We arrived to get to know the field and the characteristics to work on marketing.
After touring part of the countryside, finding the boundaries, talking about the possible uses of the land, its water source and all its benefits, we returned to the city.
It was already midday, and after having lunch with @egonz, a client I'm following up with called me to tell me which shopping malls he wanted. I immediately went out to check the availability of the shopping malls. This took me around the micro center of Ciudad del Este for about 2 hours. "I was surprised by the number of tourists, particularly Argentinians who were coming on a shopping tour."
In Ciudad del Este, we're experiencing a busy time in the downtown area again. There's a high tourist influx, so we don't have any commercial space available. My search ended with the discovery of a very hidden space, but a great opportunity for those interested.
At the end of the day we returned home to have a snack with our daughters and my parents and get home.
