After visiting many houses we suggested the purchase of an apartment, we coordinated a visit and he loved it. After thinking a lot he said: I prefer a house.
Today his daughter came from Europe to visit him and tells us that they visited two properties and he already wants to buy, but he didn't like any of them. So: Today we invited them to another snack in a beautiful place and we inquired as if we were police officers, until at one point he asked pointing to the building in front of the cafeteria, "Do you have anything for sale there?" I immediately picked up the phone and we went to visit the apartment, we walked around and when we got to the terrace and enjoyed the beautiful views he said: "this is my dream." and I thought (That's what we're here for).
