It was midday and my family wanted to eat a delicious barbecue. It was getting late, and it would take a long time to go shopping and prepare.
For this, I took some cuts of meat that I had in the freezer and I prepared to defrost them for a few minutes. While I prepared the grill, cleaning and conditioning it, I then turned on the fire.
I started cooking the meat without piercing all the time turning it over and over with the tongs, in the end we enjoyed a delicious roast meat.
The "Asadito" that you see on the skewers are chicken hearts. Before cooking they were passed through savora and so they have a delicious flavor.
