What if I told you that you can have a Coach who knows you much better than you know yourself?
A few days ago, at a networking event, we were talking and working on emotional intelligence, what applications we could give to artificial intelligence to improve our business and us as people. As we presented ideas, some impressive ones emerged, while others were not so logical.
Of all the topics we were discussing, many of us, like myself, asked Chat GPT to read a specific book and explain to me, as if he were the author himself, the four strategies described in the book so I could apply them to my business. I asked him to do so with practical cases. Remember, artificial intelligence teaches it as we reveal data, and it stores everything in its memory. So when we ask for an interpretation or help, it takes into account all the data we pre-entered, our questions, our answers, and, I believe, everything we discussed as well.
So today, someone on the team was having a situation that kept them stuck, and someone jokingly said the following: "Ask Chat GPT." This immediately gave us the idea we'd been using to apply at work, to apply it personally as well. So we started developing a prompt for Chat GPT to act as a coach in different areas.
And today, I want to share with you some of the questions that gave me the most interesting answers. Based on those responses, I'll continue developing a question plan to help me develop the idea and put it into practice step by step with reasonable and measurable goals tailored to my personality.
The first question we asked was: "What things am I avoiding facing that are holding me back in my personal/professional growth?" If your artificial intelligence has enough accurate data about you, you'll be surprised by the answer it gives you to this question. The next question is: "What limiting beliefs are affecting me as a [profession] and how can I change them?" And here we ask a question to help us create a plan: "Help me introspect about my month: what I learned, what mistakes I made, and what I want to improve." Finally, we talk about an action plan: "Tell me in what area I'm being lukewarm and how I can take action with force."
With these four prompts, I'm sure you'll get answers that simply blow your mind, and if you don't improve in whatever area, it's simply because you don't want to. Now I'll share another prompt that also proved very useful, according to the response provided by Chat GPT. This one is well summarized: "Based on our conversations, what am I pretending not to know that's really holding me back?" This is simple; you can do more than you might even imagine. But I hope these questions serve as a guide and that this car can help you move forward toward the goals you have ahead of you.
