Whats wrong with my steemit account?

hello steemit ,

This time I want to ask a little bit about what I found this morning, there -6 mark beside the name of my account at every post, and all my previous post turned white?

What happens to my account?
REP-6, but I felt I was not doing a great problem or disturbing others.
Anyone can help how to restore the reputation?
