@novacadian I think a private messenger would help. People use facebook to connect through messenger mostly.

I understand that steemit.com is not trying to be facebook, it a hybrid type twitter/reddit.. though, Appics is trying to be Instagram and they both live on Steem.
I saw that @ura-soul released a 20 minute video about the on boarding issue. I have not gotten to it yet but here is the link.
My only point, really, is that the STEEM Blockchain could have ongoing monitization easily. Just be neat to have that potential revenue distributed through stake interest payments in the same HF.
