Search for words/phrases not just topics?

Perhaps others have suggested this, but I was thinking it may be neat to have a feature in Steem that allows users to search for posts containing specific words or phrases within a post. The post topic list is a good starting point, but it may help with engagement if users can search for terms more specific than a general topic, for example, being able to search for all posts containing a certain name, or being able to search for a phrase in quotes like "Bitcoin is dead".
