Start noting down the top 20 trending posts daily for next few months, you will realise that most of the time its the same type of posts and sometimes same blogger too.
Limit number of posts to 4 a day. In fact even 4 is too many unless you're 2 or 3 people making new content to post. Remember this is a site for CREATORS, where HIGH QUALITY content is supposed to be rewarded. So far the rules don't do that.
Also lower the threshhold for when votes start to lose value, to make it less profitable to use paid bots.

Yes true, but it's impossible coding-wise apparently. So best bet is to make them less profitable to use.
