The Five Most Hot and Dangerous Country Frontiers in the World
Here are the Five Most Hot and Dangerous Country Frontiers in the World
Mid-month of this incident occurred between the soldiers of China and India who were assigned to guard on the border of the two countries. In the territory of the dispute, military personnel put up banners on both sides, claiming their respective sovereignty. Indian and Chinese diplomats exchanged threats and bluffs. The border dispute between the two countries with the world's most populous populations has recently turned into a physical fight and a stone-throwing action in the Himalayas.
Modern military technology has recently made hostile countries unnecessarily face-to-face. In fact, in some areas of border disputes, soldiers and civilians are still forced to live close to their enemies.
An example is an underground barrier that blocks the Palestinian tunnel to Israel, or the Indian-Chinese case as two nuclear powers threatening and throwing stones, to North Korean soldiers who 'disturb' the South Korean army in the demilitarized zone. Border issues are often a source of tension, hostility, and sometimes war.
Here are five borders of countries most vulnerable to violence and conflict worldwide.
INDIA-CHINA

The heat dispute between the two nuclear superpowers is colored by hundreds of troops who must meet face-to-face along the 4,023 kilometer border. The tension between the two countries was caused by an area of 54 square kilometers known as the Dolam Plain. Claimed both by Bhutan and China, the area includes an important, narrow Indian plain called the Siliguri Corridor, and is given the nickname "chicken neck."
This plains connect India with remote areas in the east of the country. In the past, the Indian government worried that China could cut off access to the corridor in the event of war, and divide India into two parts.
Tensions have risen since last June, when Chinese troops began operations on unpaved roads entering the territory of Bhutan, an ally of India.
In the Himalayas, when India was celebrating its independence day, dozens of Indian and Chinese soldiers were involved in physical fighting and stoning for several hours, before both sides agreed to ease the tension.
After the embarrassing incident, China threatened to give India "a more grievous defeat than the 1962 conflict!"
The threat referred to India's devastating defeat, when the last two countries were fighting for the border line. The war did not last long, only a matter of days, but still produced more than 2,000 casualties.
Increased tension triggers martial arts officials. The Chinese government claims "it's easier to shake the mountain than to shake up the Chinese army," adding later that their military "will secure the territorial sovereignty and state security by any means." Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi replied to the Beijing official saying his country was "able and strong enough to fight anyone who tries to harass our sovereignty."
Given China and India are the two largest populated countries in the world, and have a total of 380 nuclear warheads, the rising tension between them certainly worries us all. Especially since both parties openly said not reluctant to advance to the battlefield to defend the border.
China has the longest land border around the world, so no wonder they are often involved in border disputes. Throughout history, China has fought against Russia and India, and has recently been in conflict over the border with Tibet and Vietnam.
KOREA NORTH-SOUTH KOREA

Perhaps this is the most famous border dispute of all time. North and South Korean troops are only separated within meters for more than 60 years, when the Korean peninsula is divided into two after the Korean War ended in 1953.
Because of the tense situation on the border, South Korean soldiers are still holding hands when opening a rarely used conference room in the Korean Demilitarized Zone as a form of vigilance so as not to be withdrawn over the limit by North Korean troops.
The tension within the 257km-long border is at its peak, especially after several missile tests have been conducted by Pyongyang.
In recent months, US Vice President Mike Pence and US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson visited the Demilitarized Zone of Korea, staring at North Korean troops while taking shelter behind a pile of US and South Korean troops.
The Korean Demilitarized Zone is now filled by fences and borders, mines and tunnels, and of course nervous soldiers ready to shoot at any moment. In the 1960s, hundreds of soldiers from both sides died in a firefight, but in recent years, even though the atmosphere of tension has not subsided, there has not been much violence.
Indeed, the dispute between the two countries is very serious, but sometimes it seems to be a joke. After South Korea raised its flag on a 98-meter-high mast in the 1980s, North Korea responded, raising their 160-meter-high flag. This dispute later became known as the Flag War.
FINLAND-RUSSIA

Like China, Russia has a long history of border confrontation, and few match the level of insecurity such as the 1,340 km border divided by Finland. This border dispute lasted since the 14th century. At that time Finland was still part of the Kingdom of Sweden. The last conflict occurred during the Cold War. The border was claimed by the Soviet Union. The Red Army built a security post 120 kilometers to prevent people from escaping.
Earlier this year Finland announced an increase in their military spending, including raising their troop levels by as much as 20 percent on the border. Finnish military expansion is a wary response, given that Russia has successfully captured the Crimean Peninsula and built a unilateral military base in the Baltic Sea region.
Tensions between Finland and Russia could culminate in 2015. The Finnish military launched warning shots against a submarine suspected of belonging to Russia in the waters near the capital Helsinki. At that time, Russia had held military training on land and air near the Finnish border.
This 1,340-kilometer border extends to uninhabited forests and rural areas with rare inhabitants.
Both sides of the border are protected by border zones with depths between 965 meters and 7 kilometers, requiring permission to enter. Four British tourists received criminal charges held last June, stopping by 15 minutes to Russia to uphold some beer.
Russia has always been linked to some fierce frontier disputes, best known of its annexation of the Crimea from Ukraine in 2014. Earlier, Russia controlled Abkhazia and South Ossetia of Georgia after a five-day war in 2008.
GAZA ISRAELS (PALESTINA)

The line that confines Israel from Gaza is one of the most brutal and most watched areas on the planet. Zionist military control even extends underground, along with Israeli efforts to shut down the underground passageways used by Palestinian smugglers.
Last May, the Israeli Ministry of Defense held a tender for the construction of a concrete barrier along the Gaza border and to prevent Hamas, a militant Islamist group acting as Gaza's government, built a tunnel across Israel. The Land of the Star of David has the most brisk border military apparatus, with the presence of onshore security and the Iron Dome defense system in the air.
SOUTH CHINA SEA
One of the most vulnerable sites of conflict and the intricate border, which is unequaled on land. The seizure of power over the South China Sea has lasted for decades, involving increased military spending of the countries involved, military training, and diplomatic maneuvers that fuel tensions.
China has become a major aggressor in these waters in recent years. Beijing claims unilaterally that 80 percent of the South China Sea is their territory. In order to clarify the territory's claims, Beijing undertook a reclamation island development program, dredged underwater sediments, built small artificial islands. All of the islands of sand sand can accommodate military and airport installations.
China-style island development program extends to enter the territory of Vietnam, Philippines, and Malaysia.
China's unilateral claim was thwarted by International Arbitration in The Hague, whose ruling in 2016 sided with the Philippines. Arbitration decided the "nine line" line used by the Beijing version of the map was invalid. China refused and ignored the international ruling.
The Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Brunei also claim their respective territories from the rich oceans of gas and natural resources. The ongoing dispute in the South China Sea is in the spotlight of the international community, given the current $ 3.4 trillion of goods transported by civilian ships passing through the waters annually. In addition, there is also the possibility that oil and gas reserves beneath the surface of the South China Sea waters are the largest in the world.
This month, USS John S. McCain's flagship carrier was "operating a freedom of navigation" by sailing in a sea of conflict, since Donald Trump became president. The US feels the move is necessary, so that China does not mix with their Philippine allies. Ironically, USS John. S. McCain then hit an oil tanker in the area, causing 10 US Navy soldiers to disappear until this news was reported.
