Small upvote from me. Lets spread the idea of replacing money upvotes with regular likes/dislikes which will reflect quality (like has the same power for everyone). Let's also convert monetary upvotes into tipping favourite blogger. It will probably reduce self tipping as it will look embarassing. What I can see that few holds majority of power, if they will not change it those few people will run steemit on their own.
