Purple Sand Beach in California

Me and my wife found this beach on our California Pacific Coast Highway Road Trip a few years Back. Pfeiffer Beach is located in Big Sur and has the most beautiful colored sand I had seen in my life. Even thought the day we visited was overcast the experience was still amazing. Along with this great colored sand there were sea caves and odd rock formations carved out by the ocean. This is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone vising the area.
