Buy Steem with Bitcoin?

I have tried numerous times to get some steem using bitcoin. All i get is a new, empty, browser tab. Nothing else happens.
Am I missing something?, doing something wrong?, need some special settings?, is this service not working??
I am logged in using Palemoon (Firefox fork) browser. How will i top up my steem balance?
Any comments, suggestions, knowledge gratefully received. Thanks

    Ahem. It appears BlockTrade does not support Palemoon browser, so had to use the hateful IE11 to try and top up my steem. Heaven knows who all is looking at my every move on that browser. Live and learn :)
