Did I just catch what I think I cought on video?? Help!!!!

After a long day of unpacking and repacking. I had fallen asleep in my dogs room. I was woken up by something banging (thought it was my dogs at first untill....). Did I just catch a ghost on camera..I must be crazy, someone.. please reassure me it's just dust. Thank you. (Do you believe in ghosts...only you can decide)
