Let me explain myself better. Oracles don't have the power to stop an account from posting. Even if that account is deemed a bad user, someone who is "labeled" as such can continue to participate of the SMT. He or She just wont make any money.
I clearly got the technical background.
It's just a matter of the perspective, if denying the payout on a network, that's unique feature is the payout, and that because of your "social behaviour", is a kind of censorship.
Probably, that's the quintessence of our argument. :)
I rather call it monetary deterrent. Because at the expense on debating semantics. Censorship would mean no one could see it, ever.
