I read it all. I do not agree. I think hf19 gives a fair chance for new-comers and beginners. Its hard to get in, and before it was even harder. Quality will prevail, but in order for the whole platform to be popular enough you need to give new players a fair chance.

I agree that limiting self votes is desired. But so many workarounds makes it a hard problem to solve. Sometimes its better not to limit, since only the week suffer.
