Correct. However I can downvote and comment about how I think it is an unfair amount. They may or may not listen, you can still say something without fear of being banned.
Yes but then again on the other hand they do deserve it after all they supported steem when it needed the most.

Whales are people who have a lot of SP. Or in other cryptocurrencies a lot of coins.
