I don't see any problem in Steemit powering down and selling. The problem is the quantity of Steem they power down and the price at which they sell. I have mentioned multiple times that if I were Ned(@ned) I would have sold some Steem at over $3. You need liquidity to keep things working and sellin Steem is not a problem. Doing that all of a sudden in large quantities and especially during a bear market for me is a bad bad idea and I'm amazed how these people can think this way.

Yes, I don't see a problem, too.
But I think - from a entrepreneur's point of view - it is not prudent to sell at all, at least at such an early point in time.
