A guessing game: whose follower network is visualized here?
Claude made a browser extension for me tonight. Just for fun, let's use it to make a guessing game.
The Question
Starting off easy😉. This visualization shows some Steemizen's follower network. Whose is it?
Starting tomorrow, I will answer up to 3 "yes or no" questions per day, each day near the end of the day, until someone guesses the correct answer (if there are any questions to answer).
Upvote the replies with questions that you want me to answer...
Rules:
- I choose which questions I answer.
- I will consider voting activity in my choice.
- Questions must have yes or no answers.
- The first person to guess the correct account name wins.
100% of this post's author rewards are being burned.
Very interesting visualisation... Even more interesting is the comparison of two accounts.
Here is my first question:
Does one full circle in the visualisation represent one follower?
Yes. One circle represents one follower.
Agreed. I'm already thinking about how to incorporate this sort of thing into existing tools (with all the free time that I don't have. ;-))
Okay, you also have half circles in the graphic. I suspect the difference means something, but I'm not going to worry about that yet.
I would first ask about the distance of the circles: Does the distance between the full circles and the centre represent the reputation of the account? So the further out a circle is, the higher the reputation.
Yes. And no. See here.
Ah, okay, it's the opposite (red is bad ;-).
And as I can see in the visualisation of remlaps-lite the half circles are only resulted by overlapping.
Does the account have more than 4,000 follower?
It does. All over the world.
Hm, I don't know. Your hint didn't help me.
I'm guessing it's pennsif.
That's it. Congratulations!
The "newsies" hint was intended to suggest "Steem News". I wasn't sure whether that would be obvious or obscure, though.
If it’s easy then my guess is that it’s you… or steemitblog. So I’ll go with Steemitblog.
It's not steemitblog.
Almost that easy, but a bit more difficult, in my subjective opinion.
Are the blue inner ones the oldest accounts, and the red outer ones the youngest accounts?
Upvoted for visibility.
No, I did think about incorporating age into the visual, but it hasn't been done.
Can you give us a little bit of clue here..
All I see here is just a round donut made up of different colors..
Small hints will be in some of the answers. I don't want to give away the answer on the first day😉.
The accounts are sorted by reputation. Are the blue ones higher in reputation?
Is this your account?
Ha! That's two questions. ;-) It's not my account.
(too be clear, the highlighting is not necessarily a hint)
I think it may be Steemcurator01 or Steemcurator02's account because they at first received a lot of follows. So it is the account of Steemcurator 01?
It's not steemcurator01.
Questions are slowing down, and the weekend is here, so here is a hint.
I am still trying to understand this though because of the lots of colours
