RE: A guessing game: whose follower network is visualized here?
Very interesting visualisation... Even more interesting is the comparison of two accounts.
Here is my first question:
Does one full circle in the visualisation represent one follower?
Yes. One circle represents one follower.
Agreed. I'm already thinking about how to incorporate this sort of thing into existing tools (with all the free time that I don't have. ;-))
Okay, you also have half circles in the graphic. I suspect the difference means something, but I'm not going to worry about that yet.
I would first ask about the distance of the circles: Does the distance between the full circles and the centre represent the reputation of the account? So the further out a circle is, the higher the reputation.
Yes. And no. See here.
Ah, okay, it's the opposite (red is bad ;-).
And as I can see in the visualisation of remlaps-lite the half circles are only resulted by overlapping.
Does the account have more than 4,000 follower?
It does. All over the world.
Hm, I don't know. Your hint didn't help me.
I'm guessing it's pennsif.
That's it. Congratulations!
The "newsies" hint was intended to suggest "Steem News". I wasn't sure whether that would be obvious or obscure, though.
Wow, what a surprise!
I checked the list of accounts with more than 4000 followers and was astonished that there are so many. But Pennsif immediately caught my eye. The hint probably helped subconsciously.
