For me - meeting in weekend [close to London/ or London] - is fine.
But I need more time to book holiday and plan my trip...
Prefer 3rd week of July or later.

I have some experience in creating events (in Poland)... but have no experience in steem & cryptos - Still I am a steemit user with only 3 months and my English is not fluent - so for people with Fluent English would be just easier.

I think taking a hotel lobby/hall or some office - in current time - is no need very expensive variant.

We could find cheeper alternatives - to have much more people.
Also closing for people is not good - I prefer open air or big open air pubs where is a lot other people who may be interested...->> WTF this steem and steemit is?
Per day it may be a lot of question from non-steemians.

I have some ideas what we can do...

    Hello @marekkaminski :)

    I can see, that you also have initiative towards creating and joining these kind of meetups. I am sure, that you experience in creating events would help in it.
    Your ideas are nice. The open spaces are good option, mostly in warm months (we can do it in non rainy season in UK) ;)
