Whoop Fitness tracker

Hi guys 🙋‍♂️

I just joined this community because I think sharing fitness stories with other people helps staying motivated and helps finding new motivation 👌🏻

I wanted to ask if anyone has heard about whoop before or even uses one for tracking body strain, recovery and sleep? I wear mine since a week now and I am totally excited about the data I get from it.

It tracks the heartbeat 24/7 and based on the data gives advise on how you should train the next day or how much sleep your body needs to fully recover. I think thats amazing 🤩

Whats your trick to staying motivated and keep on training?

Unfortunately, this group doesn't have a great deal of interaction in it, yet. Hopefully that will change. I have not heard of this "whoop" you refer to but i would imagine it works with some sort of sport watch or perhaps even those new bracelets or rings that just hit the market? Do tell.

motivating yourself these days is really difficult ... what has to happen to motivate yourself more ...?
do you earn something with whoop? except health ^^
