All you need to do is head over to Steem Engine and click on the market. Mining tokens will either be marked with M or MM. An easier way would be to search for the word "Miner" and it should show you all the tokens available.

Now all you need to do is pick the miner you want to earn tokens for, for Example PAL miner for PAL tokens and stake your coins. Each week your miner coin will bring you a little return for holding the miner coin. You return will vary depending on the number of miner coins staked by others and how many you currently have staked as well as the Miner allocation pool for that specific token
