What would be the costs of hosting a website on the blockchain for non-crypto enthusiasts?
I have a list of local businesses who need websites, they don't need tokens, they just need a basic site, with some articles, as a way to be found online.
I have been building very basic sites with wordpress or wix and would love to start building these very basic sites on the steem blockchain instead. I have a coffee shop and a transmission mechanic so far who need help.
I mean, all the stuff I do has to be powered by tokens. The minimum for a site is 3100 ENG, which is ~$800, but it's powered by it's own token and if they have a community they could encourage people to talk about their shop and accept these tokens as partial or complete payment.

$800 is too much for what I’m describing, but I see the value you get in the stated price.
Hopefully soon we will have a way to power basic websites on the blockchain.
