RE: Help me come up with ideas to create online lessons from

This is a great idea! I think steemit is fab but like many others I'm really not very technology savvy (seriously, I don't even know how to get an app on my phone - perhaps someone could do a tutorial on that - ha ha) so could do with some seriously basic tutorials that presume absolutely no knowledge of cryptocurreny, steemit, computers.....There's a lot of fab information on steemit that lovely people have written to help others but I find it takes me a long time to search through and find several different posts that eventually help me to solve whatever I'm doing. I could probably get more help from discord and chat but even that is so new to me that it's quite daunting to jump in - I worry that I'm going to make etiquette errors just 'cause I'm not used to communicating that way.

Sort:

I hear ya with the Discord chat - I felt just - out of place after only checking it out for 15 minutes - multiple conversations just streaming by me and not being able to follow any of them lol

I go way back to IRC in the 90s - unfortunately I lived in it and probably lost countless days each year doing er...nothing in particular, lol. Having dipped my toes into Discord for a few minutes too, I know where you're coming from. The answer is probably a different room (channel) where it's more laid back.

It's not just me then. That's good to know :)

Not at all!!

I'm not even sure if I should feel guilty or not for almost hijacking that post - I'm glad I got @netuoso 'a blessing - but I felt the need to respond to everyone who is in the same boat as myself - One good thing about the ledger is that everyone can see I did not write so many words to capitalize off this post - 3 weeks deep my net worth is barely $4 - :)

It's good to have honestly voiced your thoughts. Thank you.
