Steem Cartoon : The Clash of Egos

There is a saying in Chinese that one mountain cannot house two tigers. Randie and Roodie were two roosters in a small village. They grew up together and they are both handsome roosters. One with lush plummage and the other with a muscular built.

As they grow, they started to drift apart. They have their own followings and many admirers amongst the chicks and hens. The ones that followed Roodie aren't fond of Randie and vice versa.

So one day, Randie had a thought...there can only be one rooster in town and it isn't going to be his nemesis. He has to square off and show him what it meant to be the top fowl in the village.

A confrontation took place. There were some thrash talking and what was overheard sounded something like this:

'Hey, pea brain. You know what they say about a cocky rooster?'

'What the...watch your words, or you will end up in the pot for dinner'

'They call a cocky rooster a KFC bucket feast. Finger lickin' good! After being fried!'

'You talk too much, maybe a bit of feather plucking will do you some good. Let's square it off!'

And so the duel took place...it was a very intense fight. Both refuse to admit defeat. They fought for many hours.

The audiences, cheered and the younger male chicks saw this as an opportunity...two of the top guns eyeing for each other's head. Time to talk cock!

The fight was exhausting...

The fight was draining...

The fight was foolish...

The fight was a good feast for the foxes nearby. It was an easy meal. Folks, that is how being the top cock in a village is not good for health.

Of course...a boastful cock is bad enough, when there are two boastful cocks, they will both be cocked-up.
