STEEM ATLAS [15 Mar '25] : Recruiting more Atlas Ambassadors
Since the first six Steem Ambassadors were recruited they have played an invaluable part in the development and promotion of Steem Atlas.
We now want to expand the team with more Ambassadors - particularly from countries where we do not so far have any representation.
The Atlas Ambassadors
Having local knowledge is all important for helping with Steem Atlas.
We are therefore looking to build a team with at least one Ambassador in each active country.
The role of Atlas Ambassador will include...
promoting Steem Atlas amongst Steemians in your country
helping people in your country with queries about posting on Steem Atlas
checking pin locations of new and old posts
checking old posts in your country for any inappropriate posts.
As Steem Atlas grows, Atlas Ambassadors could also have a role in promoting the project locally to businesses and organisations in their area.
Atlas Ambassadors are currently rewarded through a mix of votes and beneficiaries.
How to Apply
If you would like to be considered as an Atlas Ambassador you should make a post including...
a very brief summary of your Steem history
details of languages you can speak and write
links to up to three of your best posts you have already made on Steem Atlas.
Also you should include...
a suggestion for a new feature you would like to see added to Steem Atlas
how you think Steem Atlas can benefit the Steem platform as a whole.
Applications should be made by 11:59 pm UTC, on Friday 28 March 2025.
Include the tag #atlasambassador in the first four tags.
Please also include your Discord name if you have not already connected with me before.

Great. I think this recruitment announcement will be fruitful. I am a user from Bangladesh, and many users like me from Bangladesh want to know how to pin a post on Steem-atlas. They are very interested but need guidelines. I personally help some of them. I think if an ambassador is selected from Bangladesh, it will be easy for all the natives to understand and I am very optimistic about it. If there is an ambassador from different countries, its usage will increase for the users of that country. Thanks for this announcement.
