Thank you @cabbagepatch. Took your advice and am busy compiling a "guide" about these posts. Want to post it on my teachers pay teachers account so hope it will do well. It's never easy going back to work, but atleast I have an amazing nanny who takes care of my kids as if they were her own so that puts my heart at rest.
Good luck with your post. Your ideas are really great. I was divorced when my daughter was one so I know the difficulty having to work away from my daughter. I'm glad those days are over. Hang in there!
