You may have noticed that there has been a little bit of a trend lately. Occasionally, a crazy news story comes out involving some guy from Florida.
Occasionally. Right?
And since today's post can be about someone "born in your state" or "a symbol" or someone who "somehow helped shape your state" why not pick somebody that falls under all three?
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the most famous man in the United States, Florida Man!

I once heard a theory that the reason Florida has so many crazy people is that our groundwater is contaminated with a plethora of pharmaceuticals taken by our large elderly population as well as record-number prescription pill abusers.
I actually heard this while waiting in line at a water fountain. But, I don't know...

Chicago has a radio station where they feature a lack of intelligence report and I would say at least 1 of the 5 days during the week always features someone from Florida. After seeing this I can understand why.
