Start your study habits out properly. Education precedes Success in every endeavor.

Teach people how to explain their position.

Instead of having your team focus on short term goals, help each person to understand the mission in purpose and profits.

Go get some customers!!! Personally experience working at all positions in Customer Services.

Put together a training plan, walking through which resources to use and when.

Reach out to the people you admire in your business, industry and even in the known world.

You can see a persons’ belief based on who they show it to be.

There’s a lot of advice in the business world…Stay Humble, Keep Learning, Filter what you see & hear, Keep what you need.

The Challenge to Business isn’t finding a customer base, it’s Understanding and Explaining to People.

Don’t be afraid of your superiors in your work place or in experience. Don’t let anyone control you.

You own your Business, it is your responsibility to build it with the resources available.

Inventory your resources from cash to tools.

Instead of always talking about the dream, Find what’s Holding you Back.

Knowledge creates momentum… if you are prepared, you will be ready to attack/embark

Preparation + Opportunity = Success

Structure of an organization is more important than what they say.

You’re never going to know everything, and people can’t teach what they don’t know.

Help each person you work with get a footing in their careers to the point of their own independent ownership.
