My First Business: Not My Passion
Years ago, I started a business selling auto parts. Here’s the truth: I was never a car enthusiast. I picked this niche hoping to find my place in business, not because I enjoyed it. I worked hard, expanded a network of stores, and tried to grow quickly. But eventually, I made mistakes—scaled too fast, didn’t manage finances well, and ignored my own lack of interest. The business failed, and I ended up in serious debt.

Lessons Learned
That tough experience taught me a lot:

Financial planning is crucial: Always have a clear budget and safety net.

Ask for advice: Don’t try to do everything alone.

Validate your idea: Make sure people actually want what you’re building.

Do what you love: If you’re not passionate about your business, it’s much harder to keep going when things get tough.

After that, I decided to play it safe and worked for others, building my skills in SEO and digital marketing. But deep down, I always wanted to try again—this time, with something that truly excites me.

A New Start: Medical Tourism
Now I’m launching a startup in medical tourism. The process is already underway: I’m negotiating with clinics in Turkey, designing every page of the platform, and building dashboards for clinics, patients, and partners. Together with my team, we’re carefully mapping out all the processes to make the platform intuitive and effective for everyone.

Why I’m Sharing This
I believe sharing honest stories about failure and growth helps others. If you’re thinking about starting a business, my biggest advice is: choose something you genuinely enjoy. Passion is what keeps you motivated through the hardest moments.
