We’re currently on a mission to revolutionise the way people work; we are the ‘go to’ people for all things related to working and growth providing sustainable solutions across all industries. It is a big challenge, but with a little assistance and faith, anything is possible.
Officially we are a full-service industry. We don't look at a problem, we look straight through it and I am able to write up a full strategy for the solution within hours. Having a solutions mindset means any problems from business, environmental to Government I am able to build out a strategy to fix the problem.
Sicor prefers to focus on the sustainability, green, social impact, and non-profit spaces around the world and can offer solutions strategies across all industries. We empower and enhance companies, brands, and people working in these areas to hack growth and implement balanced & transparent systems designed to scale.

As you will see the company is totally open-source my hope is that the Sicor methodology is taken far and wide and in turn can create new ways of working that will help restore balance and harmony for the world. We charge to consult on businesses outside of the Sicor umbrella but the internal solutions are all open-source as they have been designed to cause maximum impact benefiting the community, tree planting, social impact, these companies are transparent by design as this is built into the Sicor methodology at its core.
The History of Sicor
Picture the scene – it is 2021, Sicor doesn’t exist, when Daniel, our soon-to-be CEO extraordinaire, is on lockdown and given some time to look at the society around him. When all business had halted and all the distractions of the world left his perception, after a series of unfortunate events thatled to him dieing and being in a coma for 3 days he returned with the answers, he started to build on the idea of a perfect system of working. It’s a normal, sunny day, but then Daniel decides he’s going to take a shower; it’s during that shower that he changes the course of history, has his ‘Eureka!’ moment and the idea for Sicor is born.
Daniel explained the idea to his friends and family, who basically said “that’s nice dear, no idea what you're talking about but you have the determination, one day you might change the world” And so it began, Daniel grabbed his note pad and sketched out some initial designs for a system of working that is built around solving problems. These dreams turned to ideas and ideas to plans that resulted in real-world solutions that you will find published on steemit.
After months of planning, Becknology was a registered company and we were off 24th August 2020. Trying to build these solutions that massively disrupted the current system. We found we spent more money defending our IP and stopping attacks to steal the businesses before they got launched. So we rebranded as opensource so now we don't need to defend the ideas. We will be building the companies internally but now that they are open-sourced people can stop stealing from me and just say thank you, donations are welcome.
The first Sicor solutions will be published on steemit, as we scale the solutions we are launching Sicor as a DAO controlled by everyone that has a share token.
The Sicor ‘Why’
In a nutshell, the entire purpose of Sicor can be summed up rather concisely in the answer to three simple questions:

● Passionate Creative - You have to love creating things, products, processes, teams, and solutions. You have to be passionate for your subject and humanity. Passion isn’t just about work – you’ve got to love what you do so much, you’re doing it all the time, in work, and out.
● Inspiring Leader - You’ve got to be able to get people on board with your ideas, and make them happen. People want to follow you. Of course, you won’t always be leading, sometimes you need to just get on board with someone else’s project, and make it awesome.
● Curious - You’ll need to be constantly interested in what’s going on – How does that work? Why do we do it like that? Is there a better way to do this? How would Google do it? How would Apple do it? How would Nest, or Sonos do it?
● Commercial Mind - Everyone in Sicor has to have a commercial outlook – How does what I’m doing affect the customer? How about the company financially? How do I communicate it across the business, and make sure everyone is on-board?
● Solutions Led - This is something that is at the core of everything we do, DO NOT discuss problems, instead look for solutions. You don’t have a problem, you're in need of a solution! This mindset is key to life at Sicor!
Companies that form the Group
The company is a full-service industry that has the ability and skill set to tackle any solution. Each member of the Sicor family adds to the group's resources, bringing their own talents and skillsets to the group. This allows you to hack growth for your own projects and also bring new skills to the table to help the growth of other companies working in the group.
Sicor is run as a ‘not just for profit’ and more like a co-operative that redistributes wealth between the shareholders (every soul on the planet) the communities and the trees. Creating solutions to problems always has to be wrapped in a business that makes it profitable, but not to the stage where it compromises the values of the company/solution that is in place, this is often a fine line and some companies in the group are not tackling large humanitarian problems, but if it makes money the funds are brought back into the group and then used to fund projects and initiatives that are.
Each company is managed by an Architect/Architect's that holds the larger vision for the solution and helps champion the solution and keep it moving forward.
Ownership of Sicor
We have created a Sicor Token, When you make any form of a donation to the company, buy a product, or work in the infrastructure you will receive your Governance token. This makes you a shareholder, these tokens are only 1 per person on the planet and are non-transferable. This gives a vote on all major decisions in the company, also 20% of all the companies profits are distributed across the total number of token holders. IF YOU ARE READING THIS CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE NOW A SHAREHOLDER OF SICOR :D
Each token gets 1 vote on all company decisions, you can change your vote at any time, and people coming later to the company can vote on all things that have previously been voted on. Again this will be explained in later posts and is a system that honestly should replace government systems! but hey baby steps, if any country wishes to implement a totally fair voting system for its people then please do get in touch and I am happy to consult on designing and implementing such a solution. This way even if London is on fire and things get voted in when the people are busy then later the masses get to vote and it is still fair. The whole system of voting has always amazed me at how you have to vote then that's it, with the token you can change your vote at any time. Things that the older generations may have implemented can be changed as times change and a new person to the system can add their for or against vote as they enter the system.

if votes drop below 50% Architects vote to continue
if votes drop below 40% is automatically discontinued
Every job within Sicor is done on price as every job role is quantifiable in terms of output, when we have mapped this out removing the shareholders and balancing the structure of the company as a whole tends to relate in 2 - 4 times the salary for the same work output.
Jobs become bounties, for example, a customer service administrator that clears tickets. 40 tickets a day is a day's work. If one person does 80 in a day then this is 2 days pay. This is a very simplified view but the methodology goes across all roles of the business. The old models of per hour wages don't make sense in most roles anymore and companies are using this way of working to gain massive profits out of their labor forces. By working in this system you are paid to bring the solution to a successful conclusion.
