China begins distributing 5G phone signals via satellite.

Samsung phones are already able to receive emergency calls and SMS. The new program will use low-orbit satellites to deliver signals to phones. This will allow for high-speed data communications that Starlink cannot achieve and for anyone to receive phone calls without interruption. China Telecom plans to provide 6G in the future. Non-Terrestrial Networks will provide communication without obstacles over the shortest distance (this is a solution to maintain lower latency)
