Guide to StakeIt, Why It is NOT an HYIP.
StakeIt is a community-driven investment token developed by Bitcointalk community members. It is a project allowing users to stake their tokens on a daily basis without any locked-in withdrawal date limits. Unlike lending coins, it does not require users to wait for many days to receive back their initial capital. It is not a HYIP neither and here is why.
The initial total supply of StakeIt token was 100 million STAKE. Out of the 100 million, 75% (75 million) has been kept as 'STAKE Reserve' in 5 different addresses. 5% (5 million) has been kept under the bounty address and 20% (20 million) has been allocated for the token sale. The token sale ended with only about 2 million+ tokens being sold. The leftover (17 million+) were destroyed.

Now here is why StakeIt is not an HYIP. We reveal the addresses in which the 75 million STAKE Reserve is kept. All staking rewards are distributed from these 5 different addresses which represent 5 different staking tiers. You know exactly what you get (default staking rate 0.035%/day) and know when we will eventually run out of tokens.
Before we run out of tokens to distribute as staking rewards (this is when our last STAKE Reserve address has less than 5 million tokens left), we will stop all staking activities. When this happens, those who were actively staking their tokens will be rewarded with whatever amounts owed and if there are any leftovers, these will be transferred to the 'bounty address'.
Once this happens, the project shifts into a 'Bounty & Giveaway' focused token whereby various bounty campaigns and giveaway events are held on the 1-page AD platform.
The 1-page AD platform is a simple page with many advertisement spaces. These advertisement spaces can only be bought with StakeIt tokens (STAKE). We will constantly host ETH, BTC, and STAKE bounty & giveaway campaigns here to attract visitors as well as advertisers.
Remember, all STAKE we receive as revenues (your withdrawal fees, advertisement space purchases) will eventually be destroyed. Additionally, all tokens sent to the deposit address are also destroyed. This means when you withdraw, your 'initial amount + staked amount' are all distributed from 'STAKE Reserve' addresses.
Continuously decreasing total supply is a great investment factor for many token investors/holders. It speeds up the process/allows the value of the token to rise continuously.
