Well shit. Lol, that's Hockey for you!

Congratulations are in order for my friend @balticbadger.

You see, I just lost the #ssg hockey pool.

Oh man! I was so sure the Bruins would win at home, but no, the Blues, who were supposed to move to my home town in the 1980's, but I digress, Congratulations @balticbadger, you bested this Canadian.

And Congratulations to Ryan O'REILLY, Con Smythe trophy winner, I actually can't disagree with that at all! The best of the best deserve this most high honour. Seriously, no one deserves it more than Mr. O'Reilly, what a true champion and what a day, for the hardest working team in the NHL this year. Congrats Blues! Well done.

So, yes, my team lost, but... 3 players on the Blues are from my home, so I have mixed emotions. We're a small population, but it's where Hockey is made, and I'm always happy to see the young men killing it on the ice, no matter where they're from.

So I could be upset, that my hockey pool team just lost, except that, this year, Saskatchewan won the cup my friends.

Good job boys, that's why we worked you so hard all those years.

Keep your stick on the ice folks.
